Have always had good reliable service when passing through from Tweed on my way home to Toronto. Nuggets at other locations lately have been awful but here they were great! Tried the dill dip, worth it!

The McDonald's in Madoc is a hub for traffic goers. It's the only restroom stop for miles in any direction. Food is solid, but it's usually a wait due to just how busy of a location it is. Bathrooms are clean. Not a tonne of interior seating, but enough if you don't go during peak hours.

Good location enroute from Ottawa. Right off Hwy 7 with easy access. Lots of parking. Not a fan if self-ordering, that's what I'm paying for in price. Lots of people were standing around waiting for their order which crowded the order arra. They will take your order at the counter if you stand there. Food was brought to our table while we waited about 10 minutes, seemed a long wait for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Maybe it was just busy.

This location is good for us as a washroom and meal or snack break on our drives between the GTA and Ottawa. It can get quite busy especially in the summertime. The place seems to be kept reasonably clean and the food is typical McDonald’s. UPDATE: I’ve noticed that every time we stop the various staff we meet are all very friendly and the food and drinks are done well. Definitely a favorite stop.

Always a reliable stop when passing through Madoc. The staff is friendly, and service is usually quick even during busy times. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and my order is almost always accurate. Whether grabbing a coffee or a quick bite, this McDonald’s is consistent and convenient. Great location right off the highway too!

On our way to Ottawa, from Arthur Ontario. Great stop, for a hite to eat, washrooms or a nice cupbof tea before arriving in ottawa. About two hours more! Watch your speed. Many police cars patrolling from here to Ottawa. Drive safe.

It's McDonald's. Waited 2 or three minutes after the drive-through, was rewarded with a freshly made double quarter w cheese, and fresh hot fries! Ate in my car, then back on Hwy 7. I wish they had better signage on 7 Westbound, it avoids the light, and is the de facto way back out to continue westbound. But it sneaks up on you in the approach. Just sayin'

Best staffed mcdonalds ever. Staff make this place. Clear precise and articulate over the drive thru speaker. Food made as requested and good quality....fast food aside...let's face it we don't go to McDonald's for nutrition but nostalgia and cravings. This McDonald's still feels "local" and authentic. Thank your staff from the lovely town of Madoc.
